Community NOW is the theme of its 2024 Conference and Expo being held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
CAI’s annual conference & expo is considered the ultimate gathering of community association managers, homeowner board members, and business partners for networking, education and technology immersion.

The CAI NOW conference details and session schedules aren’t fully set as yet. However, you can still register online to ensure you can attend the sessions you like. In-person welcome and registration begins May 8th followed by CAI chapter leadership training sessions. Then on May 9th, at 8:30, the concurrent education seminars begin.
Opening Hours
The trade show/expo hall opens at 12:30, with lunch served at 12:45 to 2:45.
Educational Sessions/Seminars
Enjoy educational sessions covering the latest technology for HOA and community associations. You’ll the best results from the convention via sessions, meetings, exchanges, ShopTalks and with technology vendors on the trade show flow.
They Keynote speaker session by Bert Jacobs of Life is Good, is set for 4:00, while the community manager and PCAM reception is set for 5:30.
On Friday, the 10th, reception and registration are set for 7:00 am, followed by the concurrent education seminars at 8:30. The trade show floor opens at 12:30.
