With your subscription you will receive a dedicated account manager, training materials and support.
If you are a small self-managed HOA or COA, or an owner with up to 25 rental properties, the Base plan could be a good fit. If you have additional feature requirements, the Growth plan gives you additional functionality, and the Premium could suite you if you need unlimited flexibility and provides you with customization with our API for 3rd party integrations.
With ManageCasa, you are free to cancel your account at any time, export your data to take to another software. We believe you should have the freedom to use any software you like.
If you choose to pay monthly for any of our plans, you choose to decide pay as you go. If you add addi or remove units at any give months, the monthly fee will increase or decrease depending on our selected plan up or down to the next lower unit tier.
If you choose to pay annually for our plans to get 12 % off, billed upfront for 12 months. If you for example take the Base plan with up to 25 units, that would be $540 upfront for the entire year ($45 x 12 months).
If you add units to your annual bill, those will be charged with the pro-rated amount to your current annual subscription. For example, if you add an additional 25 units 6 months into your subscription, you will be charged for the remaining 6 months at the new monthly rate of $59 for up to 50 units, which means you pay an additional $10 (difference between new and previous pricing tier) x 6 months = $60.
ManageCasa includes built-in property accounting with reporting, ledger systems, and bank integrations. Advanced integrations are also available.
