AI may sound scary. But it’s already in our day-to-day lives and the lives of tenants. Many property managers already use it as a 24/7 virtual assistant.

The session will show how today’s property managers can practical AI tools to streamline operations and free up more time for high-value work, says our CTO Drew Schulz.

Property managers across the Bay Area are already experimenting with automation, predictive tools, and smarter workflows. This session is designed to help attendees understand what’s real, what’s ready, and where AI can genuinely reduce busywork.

Featured Speakers

Drew Schulz, Chief Technology Officer at ManageCasa, will lead the discussion. Drew brings more than 30 years of technical and entrepreneurial experience, including deep expertise in clean architecture, automation, and scalable platform design. He has led the development of many of the systems powering ManageCasa today, helping managers streamline daily operations without adding complexity.

Joining him is Stephanie Song, backend engineer at ManageCasa and one of the driving forces behind the platform’s AI and core infrastructure. ManageCasa Will Be Showcasing Our New Package Tracking Feature

We’ll also be sharing a look at our new Package Tracking feature, built to help managers eliminate one of the most common causes of resident frustration: missing or unclaimed deliveries.

With automated logging, resident notifications, and full visibility into every package that enters the building, property teams can process deliveries quickly and accurately. As communities move into the busy holiday shipping season, many managers are adopting this feature to reduce complaints and save staff hours each week.
