The NARPMM Alameda-Contra Costa Chapter is hosting a special November meeting on Thursday, November 20th, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Zio Fraedo’s Restaurant in Pleasant Hill. This month’s topic gets straight to one of the biggest conversations happening in our industry: AI.
AI may sound scary. But it’s already in our day-to-day lives and the lives of tenants. Many property managers already use it as a 24/7 virtual assistant.
“The session will show how today’s property managers can practical AI tools to streamline operations and free up more time for high-value work,” says our CTO Drew Schulz.
Property managers across the Bay Area are already experimenting with AI. New cutting-edge property management softwares are increasingly incorporating automation, predictive tools, and smarter workflows.
The session is designed to help NARPM Alameda-Contra Costa members understand how to use these tools to move the needle for their properties so they can grow faster (with less busy work).
Featured Speakers
Drew Schulz, Chief Technology Officer at ManageCasa, will lead the discussion. Drew brings more than 30+ of tech experience, including deep expertise in clean architecture, automation, and scalable platform design. As communities move into the busy holiday shipping season, many managers are adopting this feature to reduce complaints and save staff hours each week.
