This national gathering is the largest annual event hosted by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) and attracts professionals from across the country for several days of education, networking, and industry innovation. The expo will feature over 20 speakers, with plenty of networking and education opportunities

Why Attend?
The NARPM® Annual Convention brings together rental housing professionals, property managers, and vendors from across the United States. Attendees can expect:

Is there a theme?
While there is no firm theme, the show kicks off with a "Caribbean Luau" themed reception at 5-7pm on October 20. This will include food, networking, and a cash bar.
This Luau kickoff event will also include best-dressed contest (specifically for Caribbean Luau themed outfits). Two winners (Must be NARPM Members) will get free dues for an entire year. This event is included in the Full Conference Pass.
Trade Show Map
This year’s trade show will be held in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom (6 & 7), with over 100 exhibitors showcasing solutions across every category of property management technology and services.
The official trade show floor map is now available, allowing attendees to preview exhibitor locations, plan booth visits, and easily navigate the expo hall.
