The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) will be holding its major annual convention October 21-23, 2024 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD Maryland.

Previous OPTECH conferences were held in Orlando, Dallas, National Harbor, and we know you’ll enjoy this year’s event in National Harbor.
NMHC is one of the top professional organizations in the business of multifamily housing, yet landlord, contractors, technology and service vendors and property managers from the single-family rental industry will be in attendance as well. It is open to both members and non-members of NMHC.
