The Toronto Buildings Show

The Toronto Buildings Show (and Property Management Expo & Conference) draws tens of thousands of industry pros from Toronto, US cities and International locales.

They’ll arrive to hear industry leaders share their views and insights on the Canadian markets, technology, investment opportunities, and be introduced to software/hardware product and service companies.

  • One-day seminar program: $219 till September 29th, 2023, or $277 from Nov 28th
  • Trade show floor pass: $29 till September 29th, or $79 from Nov 28th.
  • Single Session 1 hour: $75 till September 29th, or $125 from Nov 28th.
  • Single Session 1.5 hours: $110 till September 29th, or $140 from Nov 28th.

Trade Show Expo Floor

The Buildings Show is primarily targeted to the apartment and multifamily space, particularly the market serving apartment and condo building retrofit and operations. Metro Toronto has one of the largest collections of apartment buildings of any North American city with a metro population of 6.5 million people.

The Trade and Exhibition Expo floorspace is divided into 3 sections: Homebuilder and Renovator Export, PM Expo, and Construct Canada.

The Toronto Buildings Show event includes 4 main industry tracks:

1. Architecture and Engineering
2. ICI Construction
3. Single and Multifamily Family Construction
4. Property Management

The Property Management Expo offers speaker sessions including:

The Agenda of the buildings show is highly geared to the construction industry which is dominant in the City of Toronto region. For Toronto property managers and landlords, the Toronto PropTech Innovation showcase offers a chance to hear quick presentations from technology entrepreneurs along with questions and discussions with industry experts about their products.
